Tips & Toes Nail Salon Policies
At our Nail Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Tips & Toes Nail Salon experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
*Running Late:
As we do understand things happen, our policy is that we hold reservations for 10 minutes pass the schedule time. If no prior notice has been given of late arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
* Slippery Floors:
As we strive to maintain a clean and dry environment for the safely of your clients and staff, we highly advice to walk carefully around the nail salon. specially after you gotten a pedicure, as our disposable sandals are not slip resistant. You may bring your own sandals if you like, we would be more than happy to use them to make you feel more comfortable.
*Pet Policy:
We have a no pet policy, even though our 4-legged friends are very much part of our life and enrich us much more. We ask that they stay at home. Service animals are more than welcome; please make sure you have proper documentation upon request.
Tips & Toes Nail Salon – Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
By booking an appointment with Tips & Toes Nail Salon, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service price.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show, may result in a shortened service, or may need to be rescheduled.

No-shows (failure to arrive within the grace period without notice) will be charged 100% of the service price.

All applicable fees will be charged to the card on file.
